Brat

Shuttlecock is hosting three gigs for you this week, Kansas City. On Thursday, a very last-minute appearance by acclaimed indie rocker Cassie Ramone (of Vivian Girls and The Babies) at Farewell with local support to be announced soon. On Friday, Memphis grind/hardcore outfit Knoll returns to play an all-ages gig at Howdy. Then on Saturday, self-proclaimed New Orleans "bimboviolence" band Brat pulls up to Howdy along with Springfield, Missouri's Primitive Rage, and Peace Pipe and Tough Love from Oklahoma.

 

Other acts worth catching this week include Linkin Park, Jackson Graham Trio, The Headhunters, Morgan Freeman's Symphonic Blues Experience, Charmaine, Courtney Doorhinge, Turnpike Troubadours, Clipse, The Urge, and Luciano.
