Premiere: Zarin Micheal - "Motive" Stream

Zarin Micheal is looking to close out 2018 with guns blazing. His management has promised that at least one track from him or Aaron Alexander will find its way online every week or two for the rest of the year, and "Motive" is the first drop of this proverbial flood. Another steely Alexander Preston production, the song is split in two by a short bridge punctuated by Juicy J "yeah, hoe" samples.

On both sides of that bridge are muscular verses where Micheal outlines his plan of attack and boasts of the prowess he has achieved so far. His urgent, aggressive delivery on the front end later gives way to a more laid back, luxury rap flow that proves fitting considering the Vegas strip cover art. Yet again, a two-minute freestyle-type track from Micheal out-performs the "album mode" work of many peers and forebodes greatness when he chooses to jump into that mode himself.
