Shuttlecock Presents: Abi Ooze in Kansas City

Sometimes you've got to have your own back. Philadelphia's Abi Ooze is a one-woman band that writes anthemic garage punk tunes about love, heartbreak, and revenge. Live, Ooze lets a backing track rip as she wanders screaming through crowds, simultaneously accosting and uplifting all she encounters. Joining Ooze at her Kansas City debut will be Lawrence pop-punkers LK Ultra and sickly Kansas City punks MRSA.

The show is Saturday, December 21st at the Parker 2 house (message @ShuttlecockMag or email for the address). It's all ages and the suggested donation is $5-7, though nobody will be turned away due to a lack of funds. Music will start no later than 9pm.
