Shuttlecock Presents: Sidestep in Kansas City

Sidestep. Photo by @lanictal.
When Louisville, Kentucky's Neriah Romero isn't busy fronting the hardcore band Prime, he's writing dream pop under the name Sidestep. The music of Sidestep is decidedly pretty and simultaneously melancholy; choice for bedroom sulking, moody late night drives, and other lonely endeavors. He was all set to play Kansas City before the pandemic hit, so we're happy to finally have him. Joining Sidestep will be Lawrence's Flooding and Kansas City's Perfume.

This gig takes place on October 1, 2021 at 22/32 (DM @ShuttlecockMag or email AaronRKC [at] gmail for the address). Doors open at 7pm, music starts at 8pm, and the suggested donation is $5-10 (pay what you can, no one turned away).
