Watch: Big Water - "Here Comes The Leather" at AV Club

 As Big Water's set came to a close at our Fourth Of July rock show, the trio treated fans to an unreleased song titled "Here Comes The Leather." Beer- and sweat-soaked attendees were given a moment to breathe the cool (if not firework-polluted) West Bottoms air as the band showed off its more subtle Midwest emo chops between its blasts of post-hardcore cacophony. I tried to pan over to the downtown skyline visible from the stage near the end -- fireworks had occasionally silhouetted its skyscrapers throughout the evening, but I didn't catch any of them. Oh well.
