Watch: The Mall - "Conversation" at Nightjar

Armed with a few synthesizers, drum machines, keys, and a microphone, St. Louis duo The Mall fought to get as many punks dancing as possible back when they visited in December. "Conversation" is a song from their recent album, Time Vehicle Earth, and features a pounding, unrelenting beat, complemented by wonky synth bass lines and bright, playful keyboard flourishes. Vocalist Mark Plant hops, rolls on the ground, and lets loose howls that could probably be heard a mile away.
