Watch: Konrad Hell - "Helium" at Farewell

Unlike the scrappy, jangly cuts provided on his first solo recordings as Konrad Hell, the Total Sham vocalist delivered something almost inarguably more intriguing. Accompanied by Sky Cowdry on keys (and at other points guitar), Konrad's performance earlier this month was loungey in nature while retaining the grit and swagger of a much louder rock-n-roll band. If you always wanted to see Sid Vicious sing "My Way" live in concert, Konrad's current set may be the next best thing.
