After emerging from their first couple songs, guitarist/vocalist Nathan Ellis apologized for burdening shoppers with their loud rock songs. The Casket Lottery played an early evening set at Mills Record Company on Saturday as a part of their Record Store Day celebration. The band's 40 minute set touched on multiple eras of their 20 year career and sounded spot-on. It was also the first opportunity for Kansas City fans to catch the hometown post-hardcore band since they announced a short tour in support of their recent vinyl reissues.
