Public Opinion

Public Opinion is a hardcore punk band featuring members from Denver and Seattle. Rather than relying on distortion pedals and scuzzy, lo-fi production, the band instead draws its power from crisp rock-n-roll powerchords and a relentless rhythm section. Following a self-released digital single in 2020 and a cassette EP out via Convulse Records in 2021, the band is making its first trip to Kansas City on the first day of 2022.

See Public Opinion with OK O'Clock, Midwestern, and Foil on January 1, 2022 at Farewell Transmission (6515 Stadium Dr., Kansas City, MO). The gig is all ages, the suggested donation is $5-10 (PWYC), and music will start just after 8 P.M. See you there.
