Shuttlecock Presents: The Root Beer Kegger For Reproductive Justice

Plain and simple, people deserve the right to safe and legal abortions. That's why Shuttlecock is hosting a Root Beer Kegger For Reproductive Justice. Local hardcore, punk, and rock bands Spine (decade-long Kansas City kings), RoboCop 2 (a one-time band featuring members of P.S.Y.W.A.R.), That's It, It's Over (a one-time reunion, members of Flooding), and Doldrums are coming together for this gig. 

 

Attendees who donate extra money (inquire at the bar) will have access to the root beer mini keg and -- to keep with the theme -- each band will be playing at least one straight edge hardcore cover. Rock out and slam a root beer for a good cause.

This show is happening on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Farewell (6515 Stadium Dr., Kansas City, MO). It's all ages, the suggested donation (benefiting Missouri Abortion Fund) is $10 (PWYC), and music starts at 8 P.M.
