Devil Master's March gig at Farewell Transmission was easily one of the Kansas City DIY stronghold's wildest shows yet. Beer cans, boots, and shaking fists flew through the air throughout the Philadelphia band's set. The mystifyingly upbeat "Christ's Last Hiss" from Devil Master's Relapse debut, "Satan Spits On Children Of Light," combined d-beat velocity, black metal riffing, and a delightfully doom-y ending to create one of the night's most electric moments.
