Tobias Harvey, also known as Arkutec, is a hip-hop producer, graphic designer, and videographer from Topeka, Kansas. Over the years he's released collaborative projects with artists like Stik Figa, Domineko, Dev3n, and others. He's also the founder of the creative agency/blog/clothing line Create/Uplift (a.k.a. CULT). We discussed his past collaborations, the evolution of CULT, his brief stint in Miami, his philosophy on being a Midwestern creative, and his new solo instrumental album, "Eject!"
