Watch: Juiceboxxx - "Never Surrender Forever" / "100 MPH" at recordBar

 

Prolific Wisconsin punk rock rapper Juiceboxxx had managed to avoid Kansas City since a 2014 gig at FOKL, but finally landed back in the city of fountains on January 6 while opening the Midwest leg of Yacht's winter tour. As the night's lone support act, Juiceboxxx and his two-piece band had to work to connect with the small Monday night crowd, but likely won over a few new fans by the end of their endearing and interactive no-frills set. Their performance closed with upbeat, underdog anthem "Never Surrender Forever" and red-hot rock-n-roller "100 MPH."
