Julia Blair's songs are as elegant as they are fun. The Appleton, Wisconsin singer-songwriter has been has spent years as a pillar of the town's DIY scene, playing in bands like Dusk and Tenement. Her first solo visit to Kansas City this month, supporting her album Better Out Than In, produced many charming moments like this one: "Fantasize About You."
