Watch: Khrystal. - "Melanin Poppin'" at Uptown Arts Bar

In celebration of Kansas City rapper/poet Ogechi's debut EP, she invited out some friends for a free show at the Uptown Arts Bar. This August show included a short set from Khrystal and a performance of one of her signature tracks "Melanin Poppin'." Khrystal hardly needed to encourage the room; attendees quickly jumped from their seats to shout and dance along with her.
