On Saturday night The Loop hosted a free show organized by several young members of Kansas City's new hip-hop community.
Zarin Micheal headlined the event, playing several boisterous, unreleased tracks from his upcoming debut release "Sinner Of Attention."
Alexander Preston showcased some of his new compositions as well as a Kanye remix,
Kye Colors played one of the most energetic rap sets I've seen all year, and indie pop band Brother opened the show. Working Sessions also hosted an early DJ set. Kansas City hip-hop continues to gain momentum and Saturday night was another landmark.
