Watch: Tazer Tot - "Born In Outer Space" at Kum-N-Go

Taylor Mitchell, who performs under the name Tazer Tot, released an underappreciated EP, "Born In Outer Space," back in 2016. Their June performance closing out the Drama Moth show carried on despite a group of chatty showgoers at the basement's rear. Mitchell also illustrated a habit of bumping the mic stand with their guitar and occasionally stumbling through transitions. With all that in mind, the enduring passion that they played with, and the powerful, dreamy nature of that EP's songs made this set a winner still. Consider Mitchell something of a humble OG in the age of trendy bedroom pop-stardom.
