We've got some solid gigs this week, Kansas City and surrounding areas music fans. New York digital hardcore duo Machine Girl headlines The Bottleneck on Monday and I'm told tickets are going quick! On Tuesday you can catch dream pop stars Beach House or flamboyant, piano-centric rock-n-rollers Low Cut Connie. Wednesday sees mysterious Swedish glam metal band Ghost in Independence. Friday is busy as hell: Slash, Coucou Chloe, Daniel Gum, and Dug are all gigging separately. And finally, Saturday features some local-anchored bills worth peeping if you're free.
