Caroline Polachek

Known originally for her time in the indie pop trio Chairlift, Caroline Polachek has recently been making a name for herself with her adventurous solo endeavors. After releasing music under the monikers of Ramona Lisa and CEP, her first album under her birth name, Pang, came out in 2019 to critical acclaim. The album was crafted with the help of PC Music producers A. G. Cook and Danny L Harle among others and features underground hits like "So Hot You're Hurting My Feelings" and "Door." Polachek strikes a near perfect balance between Top 40 pop hookiness and experimental, online weirdness. She performs this Wednesday at Liberty Hall and I hear the stage production is killer.
