Watch: Hotline TNT - "Are U Faded?" at 22/32

For my money, no guitar band has written a catchier, more invigorating earworm since Hotline TNT's "Are U Faded?" Despite the fact that primary songwriter Will Anderson has relocated from Minneapolis to New York since the song's 2018 release, his enduring appreciation for no-frills Midwestern punk rock like the early work of Husker Du and The Replacements is more than apparent here. Anderson was quickly forced to turn his back to the crowd and protect his microphone, pedals, and amp from excited young fans bopping their way around the basement during this number at Monday night's show in Kansas City.
