False Brother |
Revolution Records sits just outside the epicenter of First Friday activity, but the shop still managed to pull in a healthy crowd. Following a set from Shadow Rabbits,
False Brother cranked out perhaps the loudest Crossroads set of the evening. Most folks were out to celebrate the arts, but False Brother was clearly out to
make the art. The band's gloomy post-punk tunes rattled the racks and sucked a majority of the air from the room. Vocalist/guitarist Ian Flowers mentioned that the band would likely be taking a break from performing this winter to focus on writing the rest of an LP, but attendees caught a few new tracks that the band has already finished.
